Thank you for creating this meditation, I love listening to the calm confidence of Dr. Joseph Murphy. Blessings to all who listen. One other thing I learned is that you have to empty your mind of negativity, bless everyone, forgive everyone and keep "prayed up" daily. In some of his teachings he speaks of meditating on God which dissolves any blocks.

@Space.Before.Thought Thank you for this recording. Dr. Joseph Murphy is my most favorite New Thought teacher. I do have a question, though: Is this particular Theta recording Binaural Beats or Isochronic Tones? Reason for my question is - I listen to this from my laptop for about 2 hours while laying down with my eyes closed. I really can't attach a headphone this way and my older laptop does not have Bluetooth capability. Thanks

Keeping prayed up sounds easy, especially if you say it quick, but a lot of people can’t remember ever praying a day in their life.
Any tips ?
I believe it is better to switch perspectives, rather than thinking you're not praying, start to think that you are always praying. The bible says "Ask and Ye Shall Receive" and people usually attribute that to something good, but it contains everything. You are asking in every moment, and receiving what you are asking for. And an example of reply would be "Well, I asked for some good, but all I receive is bad?" But if we spend 1 hour a day asking for good, and then 23 hours asking for bad then we will receive the bad. So a good technique I use is to try to use negative thinking as a trigger for us to think good. Or make it a habit to revisit the meditative state 3 times a day using the types of tracks on my page. Hope that helps. :)
