Just a side note: The Gateway Experience is about so much more than just the audio tapes. They certainly do induce whole brain activity but your 'intent' is required in order to get results with them. They DO NOT produce obe's in and of themselves, but put the brain in a more receptive state to do so, if you are an 'audio' learner. A little tip if you do want to induce such states. There's an activation centre that runs from the back of the roof of the mouth out to behind the ears, experiment with gentle tension of the ear muscles and scalp , until you get like an ocean roar sound/feeling behind the eyes and above the ears, this seems to trigger the prerequisite stage for separation. Also, dont attemp when you're feeling heavy emotional stress/anxiety, it either wont work or you will attract beings that feed on this 'flavour ' of awareness, and your experiences will be terrifying, or you will just get no luck whatsoever as this state makes you more solid, as it is tied with the survival imprint of the physical body. I have been listening to this every night as I fall asleep… during the waking state I find myself more mindful of my thoughts and apply the meditation throughout the day… I find I am becoming kinder to myself… my self talk is slowly but surely becoming less critical

I'm gonna try to explain what happned to me and ask my question: Years ago, i started working on myself to unlock my visualisation ability in order tl manifest all the things i wanted...during this journey i also worked on my self and discovered that my i was not my true self and that there was some sort of shell that was inside of me, after i started to remove the layers of the shell i noticed that i felt physicaly lighter comfortale in myself, more grounde in me and also that i had access to other parts of my brain, i discovered that this shell was the thing that had been preventing me from accessing intelligence, creativity, inner peace and grounding, visualisation ability, authenticity, positive emotions and i was on the verge of being able to manifest lots of money, but during the time when i was my true self, i also discovered what i was to be alive, have my own ideas, creativity, desires...i was a complete and loving and caring but suddenly i felt this shell coming back and in two years times kt has not only made me loose all my intelligence, ability to understand things, positives émotions, creativity, desires, visualsiation abilitiy, layers came back one after another to recreate the old unconscious stupid self over which i don't have control....i've lost my knowledge of manifestation, intellignece, creativity but also my memories of at least ten years of my life...to be clear, as this shell was being put back i felt it pushing my true self inside my belly and crushing it deep a'd then the memories, knowldge and wisdom started to be burried and erased from my conscious mind...i've list more than ten years of memory and life experiences and wisdom and knowledge and ability to manifest....i've lost the most precious things that i ever had inside me. And this shell doesn't seem to want to let my true self come back to life My question is this: can this audio help me have my true self, mental and spiritual abilities and memories back? And also what do i have to do? Put my headphones and something particular like putting diffents settings liké one bip in thé ear and another in thé other ear? Please help me
