- Movement of molecules or ions across Plasma membrane is explained in this video.
Unidirectional movement of one molecule is Uniport.
When 2 different molecules moves in the same direction across the plasma membrane, it is Symport.
When 2 different molecules moves across the plasma membrane but in opposite directions, it is Antiport.
Examples of Uniport, Symport and Antiport are also mentioned.
Moreover, Primary Active Transport and Secondary Active Transport are explained with examples.
