Make Tote Bags on a budget! | Drawing on tote bags using fabric markers and fabric paint

Hi friends!
I'm so excited to talk about how I designed my first few tote bags with you all. I've been wanting to make more apparel and accessories like tote bags and I finally took the plunge and got some tote bags to draw on. No screen-printing or heat press usage here - just good ol' hand drawing. Have you ever thought of hand drawing / painting on tote bags?
It's a lot more time consuming, but I think it's the most economical way to do it, especially if you don't have a budget yet to buy in bulk or purchase machines and kits.
In this video, I also compare using fabric marker vs paint, as well as the pros and cons I've found with each of them so far.

This was so cute!! I definitely prefer the fabric paint for this one but the marker also has a cute effect!

Thank you! Yes I agree, it's great to see both versions :) I am curious to know how others would feel if I put them out during a market so I'll be making more of both marker and paint styled bags ~

That's an awesome idea, yes!! I haven't explored embroidery at all but I can imagine how cute they'd look 🥰 and be more permanent too
