For me I really don't plan anything 😭😭😭 I just list sticker designs as I get them and randomly work on different parts of my shop. It's chaotic and all over the place but I've been doing it for a year and it just works ✨️

Hi! Thanks so much for your video! I'm a new subscriber and your videos keep me company while I work.I've been running my own stationary business full time (on Etsy) for 6 years now and can totally relate to the feelings you're reflecting on in this video. About the setting of dates for product launches, I've found that if I announce a new update to far in advance on Instagram, my followers are not getting the same call to action as they would from a well structured post the week of and reminders throughout that week. So my strategy is to post 2 weeks ahead of laugh and then that also gives me a date to work towards winding down and prepping my shop for the new product. I also run into the same issue with designing and hoarding, especially because I seem to be unable to stop designing new things for each shop update. Because most of my stickers would be considered functional stickers, ideas are constantly cropping up for a sticker that addresses a particular need. One way I combat that is to design throughout the year so that I have a "hoard" of designs ready to go when shop update time rolls around. It's not a fool proof solution, but it seems to help. As with the seasonal product, there is no hard and fast rule that says shoppers only buy Christmas and Holiday stickers only during the holiday season. While it's good to have new product lines launch seasonally, there's nothing wrong with designing it and just having it available in your shop for those buyers who are shopping early and in most cases late. There is also a large contingent of people who are buying our stickers not just for planning, but for scrapbooking, journaling and decorating pen pal letters, etc. so you'll catch those customers too. All in all, I think you're doing an amazing job and your artwork is absolutely adorable. Keep your head up and remember to do what's right for your shop and your customers. You got this!!!

Thanks for sharing! I prefer the paint one (right) but the usability is so much more convenient with the marker. If only marker could create the dark crisp lines. Beautiful work!

If it's helpful and if you didn't know, under all preferences settings, there's an option to make the page marks smaller meaning they go out further to the edge of your page so you can use up more of your material space.

HELLO FREIND!!! you said you felt guilty charging $4-$5 for a single sticker but THERES A WAY AROUND THAT(etsy only, idk if it works anywhere else)! I ship stickers in envlopes and etsy has a shipping lable option thats basically the equivalent of a postal stamp, it costs 69 CENTS. I would be easier to shoe you a picture but ill try my best to expain it in words. (We could get in contact too, id love to chat with you! You seem super sweet :3) You need to select package type LETTER Then put 1oz-3oz for the weight (i almost always put 1oz for the weight even if its more then that. Letters are so small that the post office doesn't really care. Out of the hundred of letters ive sent, only one has been sent back to me for being too heavy.) Put 9 inches for the LENGTH Put 6 inches for the WIDTH Put .25 inches for the HEIGHT (very imporant, it wont work if its not .25. Also dont worry if your actual letter is taller then .25, again letters are so small the post office doesn't care 99% of the time.) I dont know what your packaging looks like for stickers, but if you use an envelope this would be perfect solution for you!! And dont be afraid of the envlopes bending, it rarely happens and you can always stiffen them up by placing something stiff inside them (i use my business card to keep it stiff). I hope this helps!!! Hello! You said your printer doesn't print borderless! Ive also had that issue with my epspon pinter only printed bordered pdfs. But i found a work around. I print all my stickers through my phone and i use an app/extension called Mopria print. It adds an option for you to bring borderless and its a life saver for me. I have an android phone and im unsure if it works on ios. I dont know if its availble on a computer either. But id image theres gotta be something similar like that for pc. I hope this helps anyone who reads it, congratulations on your new printer!!!
