- I always say that shrimp and glass noodles are the perfect match! The shrimp is bouncy and full of umami taste. The glass noodles are slippery and can absorb all the aromas. Let's get started with Steamed Shrimp with Glass Noodles!

Prep time: 20 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
For the steamed shrimp with glass noodles:
6 ounces glass noodles
3 cups hot water, for soaking
½ pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons avocado oil
1 tablespoon scallions, thinly sliced
For the sauce:
8 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium red finger hot pepper, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
Pinch of white pepper
2 tablespoons avocado oil, or other high-smoking point oil

0:14 prepare glass noodles
0:46 prepare shrimp
1:11 mix the sauce
1:23 mix hot oil into the sauce
1:41 scoop the sauce over the shrimp & glass noodles
1:49 steam the shrimp & glass noodles with the sauce
2:00 remove & sprinkle scallions
2:12 blanch with hot oil before serving
Can anyone showe how we make avocado oil.ii never heard of pure avocado oil .it's just recently in this decade 😂😂 avocado oil is just like chilly oil made from refined oil or palm oil i think
