Hi Erin. Thanks for the video. It is really helpful. I would like to ask you a question. How do you rotate the image inside the shape keeping the shape at its original position?
Great question! Unfortunately, I am not aware of a straightforward way to rotate the image without also rotating the shape. Perhaps the easiest method is to save a rotated copy of the image before the insertion. If I discover a better method, I will be sure to post something about it.
All the steps shown here are listed with images on my website at erinwrightwriting.com/images-into-shapes-in-microsoft-word/. Thank you for watching!
I have a question, How do I turn the format shape on? It doesn't pop out for me.
Thank you so much for watching! Just for clarification, your Shape Format tab doesn't appear in the ribbon after you create the shape? Which version of Word are you using?
Where are you from? I am loving the accent. Especially your "A's."
Thank you for watching! I am from Illinois.

Thanks for the video, but it looks blurry. It's hard to watch.
Hello, Allen. Thank you so much for letting me know about the blurriness. I will definitely try to figure it out.
Me again: if you have a chance, can you let me know if you are watching on desktop or mobile?
@@erinwrightwriting I can't remember whether I was watching on my IPad or my desktop, sorry.
@@joeabcobb1 No worries! Thank you for your reply!
I am on an iMac with decent internet connection, and it is not blurry at all. I'd suggest trying to raise the resolution of the video on whatever device you're using. Slow internet speeds may cause these kinds of issues.
