Not having slept and being overtired is one thing, but having to perform in front of an audience or give a speech.. oof. I wonder how Nikki manages with not sleeping and taking Adderall. I’ve been on ADHD meds for years but I’ve definitely noticed if I take those meds on only 3 hours of sleep I almost feel worse. Same thing with coffee. It’s too much for my system if I haven’t slept and am running on nervous energy and adrenaline. I’ve always wondered what other people on the3se meds do in this situation. Take them on no sleep or forgo the meds and run on adrenaline. 🤷♀
