Currently, many companies provide a DPF cleaning service using only the hydrodynamic method. This method dominates the DPF regeneration service sector. New companies that want to enter it have to distinguish themselves from the competition and focus more strongly on innovation and marketing.
We provide you with an innovative tool, which will soon earn for itself and increase the income of your workshop.
A) DPF Platinum - the most technologically advanced machine in OTOMATIC's range. It works with DPF-hybrid wet&dry cleaning technology. The machine is designed for cleaning any type of DPF from cars, vans, buses, trucks, heavy construction and agricultural machinery, as well as forklift trucks. It comes as standard with a large tank and ceramic heaters in a hot-channel system.
It also comes with a universal adapter for EURO 6 cleaning. For an additional charge, it is possible to expand the device with additional functions, e.g.
- De-oiler (oil & water separator)
- Automatic detergent dispenser
- Accessory kit - gloves built in the door with additional cleaning accessories
B) DPF Platinum Matic - the machine works with DPF technology - hybrid wet&dry cleaning. It is designed to clean DPF filters from cars, vans and vans up to 3.5 tonnes in weight. Equipped with a 150 litre tank as standard.
Can be upgraded with additional functions:
- Large tank - 200 litres + ceramic heaters in the hot-channel system
- Automatic detergent dispenser.
Advantages of wet&dry technology:
✅ Prevention of ceramic cartridge rupture under hydraulic impulse thanks to the "automatic pressure relief valve". - escape route for high pressure.
✅ Complete "anti hydraulic fracturing" protection consisting of "safety valve", pressure sensor and water pump control inverter - safely flushes dissolved ash from the filter.
✅ Removal of loose soot and ash with an air pulse prior to wet cleaning reduces the hydraulic force during wet cleaning. Using the installed compressed air gun nozzle or the patented "Air Pulse" programme.
✅ Complete removal of residual sludge from the inside of the filter formed by loose soot and ash in combination with water by using the patented "Air Pulse" drying process.
✅ No unwanted sludge remains inside the DPF micropores.
✅ No risk of dirty rinse water evaporation and accumulation of remaining dirt particles in the filter cleaning channels.
✅If ash is not sufficiently removed during wet cleaning, this residue is blown outside the filter channels in the form of shrunken, dried particles.
✅Gain significantly better DPF cleaning results compared to traditional methods. Measuring the backpressure of the air flow through the filter channels showed the superior performance of the hybrid method compared to hydrodynamic and pneumatic methods.
