You guys had to starve for THREE MONTHS.
This video is a duo-progression with my bestfriend that I introduced to deepwoken. We had fun making this but definitely encountered many problems, the main one being motivation. Deepwoken has been rather repetitive on the content side, the lack of fun players and the remaining chime sweats were the only encounters we had.
The video was alot of fun to edit and I tried to experiment alot with new gimmicks and ideas I had thought of! Please like and subscribe, and Tune in next time!

Easily my favorite progression, this is how the game was supposed to be progressed
this video makes me realize that deepwoken has quite a lot of content but most people dont see half of it cuz they skip straight to hive or smth for the sake of "efficiency"

I tried my best to capture a lot of things you could do in deepwoken but it didn't really exactly work out

The only thing I miss is my wife tails I miss her alot
You know after finally being able to prog to power 20 consistantly and looking back at the past. I can say that wow those pvp players I encounter now who immediatly combo me to death in 2 seconds because of some stupid broken combo that a chime sweat created and having a skill issue I can say deepwoken really gatekeeps a lot more then it could be. Because progressing through power 20 for the first time is actual hell and back to reach that level. Because every time you progress decently a far some voidwalker shows up and ends you then you get killed by some random max level and then you get ganked in the deapths by 15 enemies. But really what keeps new people from experiencing this amazing game are the players. (And the voidwalker system. I'm not saying it's a bad way for people to progress have it's really not. But to new players if they encounter any they get immediatly killed and that kills their motivation to continue if that could happen again). Like not haveing voidwalkers on you till you reach power 20 for the first time would give new players a bit of breathing room to learn the mechanics and slowly making them more hunted after to ease them into it would help the games playerbase tremendously. But these are the thoughts of a pretty bad deepwoken player who recently learned how to beat ferryman for the first time.
Voidwalkers are unforgiving and demotivate the player too much

people that retrieve valuable relics from driftland, they usually get hired by factions, which is how they get ranks once in a while
Grand, Royal and Elite pathfinders are ranks for example but there are more ofcourse
