Love watching this Cody. It's great that you and Lily and the rest of your team have lots of fun as well as the obvious hard work you guys put in. I just started swimming Aug 23 (At 64 years young) and find that having fun and not taking it too seriously is the best way to enjoy it. All the best for 2024 and the Olympics. Although I'm a Brit, I'll definitely be cheering you guys on.

As a grandma of a swimmer, I just want you say THANK YOU for sharing your feelings. Especially when it comes to things like how you feel after a bad swim. Coaches don’t teach that kind of thing but it’s super important! Love ya, young man!!! You’re a great role model.

Buc ees is an experience. I usually stop at the one in Florence SC, and then in either St Augustine or Daytona. Must do stops on the way to Orlando.
Cody I am coming for the 2024 Olympic Trials. My qualification meet will either be the TYR Pro Swim Series in San Antonio in April or the 18 and Under Spring Cups in May. I'm looking to qualify in the 1500, 800, 400, and any other races I can.
Any advice for a young swimmer like me? Training or otherwise?

Then we went back up but we didn't do the 400 and 8 x. 50s because we didn't have time.
