Jordan from Point & Click Appliance repair will walk you through some reasons as to why your dryer may be making a rumbling or thumping noise.
*WARNING: Before starting any repair, always make sure that the appliance is completely disconnected from the power source by unplugging it. This tutorial is meant to be a guide and should not be used in place of the installation instructions provided by the manufacturer.
Common Reasons Your Dryer Is Making a Thumping/Rumbling Sound and How to Fix Them:
1. Damaged drum support rollers, which support the dryer drum on some models. (Can be located in the front, back, or both areas of the dryer)
2. If drum rollers are not aligned, this may be your issue (you can replace these parts using the video link above "Replacing Your Drum Rollers"

If you didn't hear that music in the background, check your hearing. It's there and elevator music playing in the background of these videos is horrible.
I think our dryer is on the drum the sound is at a spot as it makes a complete rotation like a spot on the drum any answers out there
