Where is the kenya military in all this tragedies...where is the help to helpless victims and their children, i thought the military equipment machinery,.doctors and personnel should be responsive to such situations...especially now that doctors are on strike.. It's not the military's duty or job description to do this they are keeping you safe by keeping terror at bay. Everything you're complaining about falls under our jurisdiction as citizens because we're the ones who give power to leaders to help us with things like these. For example if the locals weren't living directly near the dam they wouldn't be affected. If we voted for capable leaders we'd have a disaster management fund that would help in times like these etc

The citizen stands to lose either way. Your blame on living close to a dam has some ground but then again you may realize that dams are constructed a little less than optimum in our country which is a government matter. In addition, most Kenyans cannot afford to leave their ancestral land. This is my opinion. Your insight would be appreciated, mate.
