sick new build man. it's not like you went off the radar. you been doing plenty of guest appearances on the boy's and the mtig's Chanel's. you should drop t-shirts 1st "SUP F**KERS" 2ND F**KIN CHEESEBURGERS
Who would buy one? I'll f*ckin do it 🤷♀️
As a trucker i wanna see a video on the Cummins engine install
@@Whitt_Built ill pre order now ha ha
Haha..I would buy one as well
Yeah id defs buy one not looking forward to shipping to aus tho
Wyatt on SketchyDA = Diesel Professor. Wyatt on Metigulous = Class Clown.
On the clock VS Off the clock
Duuuuude, very nice break downs, voice overs and editing, this video is outstanding ...awesome build too
Very well said this is the first and only video I have ever liked, commented, and subbed off of and I am a RUclips addict. Great video man well done.
I’m not used to seeing this level of effort from him, so it’s kinda strange for me lmao
All this time I thought you were just some funny guy that hangs out with the boosted boys. Everything about this video was a surprise to me. The first thing I noticed was the clean and organized shop. Then it was the sheer amount of the information presented. Even the production value of the video and the sound was very good.
Glad you have joined us , he has been like this for quite some time tho !!
Dammm $4,000 on just rods and pistons that’s like the cost of my entire built gsr block 😂😂
Diesel parts are dumb expensive no matter what it is.
He got a good deal on those rods are about 3000 when they are low on stock and good pistons are about 2k
@@tokeypokey I'm sure he did. Wish I could build.my LBZ to 1200hp lol
@@dragsbody209 Good fucking luck!! Banks hasnt even figured that one out.. Built to stock limitations now.
$4,000 sounds like a good deal compared to $1,500 for a set of head studs. WTF
I'm new to diesels. Bought & paid off a new 2018 Ram 3500 CumminsTurboDieisel w/stick shift G56. As a Hellcat guy, always had a "regular beater" gas truck all my life. Decided to "man up"! 😄 I respect Cummins, Powerstroke, & Duramax. Learning so much! Thx!👍
I come from Kyle's Channel and I've got to say didn't know you were so smart and your shop is so clean compared to his you do everything the right way which I'm constantly bitching at him to do you can't even put down a piece of cardboard he'll go and slide hey complete racing engine along the concrete ground and it blows my f****** mind so I love you Channel and everyone's doing Honda s*** I don't know squat about diesel the only thing I know is that it doesn't have spark plugs and that they can run away on you and burn their own oil as fuel so I'm looking forward to watching more videos I love it when you describe what's going on and how things work and how they are improved to work better because it's a race application and I love your work ethics even if you don't post a video for three months that's okay with me you got to deal with getting customer cars in and out or should I say trucks so you got your priorities straight I got mad respect for you
You deserve wayyyy more subs... and im pretty positive you'll get there :)
Forged pistons being a 15k throw-away item are in the past. What kills the forged pistons is ringland wear but it is caused by cold startups while the pistons can rock in the cylinders due to excessive PTW clearance. SoCal Diesel has completed testing years ago on generic Mahle forged pistons with simulated startups and run-time where they were able get over 70k miles out of them and still measured within spec. Piston alloys have made massive improvements in the last five years vs what they used to be.
Excited!
You do work man don't apologize for not posting videos all the time.
I’m really not into trucks at all and was brought to this channel for the Honda’s, but I’ll stick around because Wyatt seems to do good work and puts out good videos every 4 months lol.
Can’t wait to see how the build turns out! Never been into diesels but I’m looking forward to watching the series!!!
I’m an engine builder /tuner and LOVE the detail , explanation of the engine build. Great video 👍
Mahle motorsports could make you anything you wanted. The piston is hard coat anodized at the top ring adds durability. We own a bunch of the Duramax world records at Mahle.
I have got to say that was one of the best over view I have seen in a long time can't wait to see the rest of the build. Great job
Love your in detail over view, cant wait to see this engine start to get assembled, loved the vid mate !
I'm not really into trucks or diesel-
but you make it interesting- with your knowledge and content.
I am looking forward to this build. I'd like to see the Cummins / Peterbilt
stuff too, if you could. Compounding turbos is the new innovation.
I really admire a young entrepreneur- be your own boss, do it right.
Man, I don’t care what kind of build you make as long as you build something!! You have a good way to show it and you also have a way with words where people can’t get mad at you because you are very reasonable. You are very good at explaining things too! I’m glad you uploaded this video! I’m looking forward to the build! 💪🏼
Nice breakdown and glad to see you back, can't wait to see this build up and running.
Diesel build is different, glad you went a different route
Fuck yeah! Diesel time!
If we want to see Hondas fly, we can do that with PFI and the Boiz.
Very nice video!
At my shop we did a frame off restoration on my 88 Chevy dually crew cab. I did a LBZ Duramax for it. We did a cam, bigger turbo, o ringed block, Callies crank, carrillo rods, diamond pistons, port work, and other goodies. I did it to pull my 88 Monte SS around the country to diffrent drag racing events and because I thought it would be cool same yr matching paint pull my enclosed gooseneck around. It is my first Duramax build and with a 53' enclosed load, a/c, radio, and everything on I run up the Appalachian Mountains around my area at 80/85 mph like nothing is being pulled. I love it and I won't give my D up for any other diesel.
Thanks for this, looking forward to the rest of this series.
super high quality video, cant wait for the build!
Nice parts, but I don't think that bottom end will last long if it ends up making those kind of numbers.
Nice engine block can wait to see it complete and running bro
A diesel build makes more sense than Honda stuff from a business stand point. It should be interesting seeing what you do with this DMax vs what I've seen done with Cummins engines on another channel.
This is cool I love learning new shit. Nice to see you making a comeback to the tube
Honestly, your description and breakdown was perfect. I sat through that 20+ minutes easily. Love that you went into detail of which one. And see that your new to the duramax gang. So you just earned another follower!
YESSS! Thank you Wyatt! Im not a diesel guy but I am ready to have this shit explained to me in the way you do it and why.
Nice video! Looking forward to the rest of this build series
Very informative video my guy more of the same during the build please 👍💯👌
I have been waiting for somebody out of the group to get rid of those damm 4cyl!! Thanks for that, I am excited for the future of this channel!
Great video! Loads of info and great technical insight. Can't wait to see this build come together. Can tell you have crazy knowledge about these engines. Good job
Good to see you posting again, explanations always on point an clear. Can't wait to see the build come together
One of the best build brakedowns I've seen. In dept explaination of the what and why of all the parts, and even the part where you go over what you might have done different next time. Great video👍
This will be sick! All those new aftermarket parts gave me a grin.
It is awesome to see your thought process on choosing parts
will watch all the way through brother have fun!
Looking forward too see the build and videos.
Glad to see ya back, Wyatt
Can’t wait to see it all put together 😁
Out of the Honda game? Gotta change the channel name to Dad Bod Builds now.
Or Dad Bod Diesels. SketchyDiesels would also work and keep some recognition.
Awesome job on this video man. Some really nice TV style shots and overviews.
Honestly super clearly delivered information. Well laid out and edited too. Boss!
Haha thanks for noticing man, only took me a full 9hr day to edit this stupid video 😂
@@Whitt_Built No lie that's not even slow for an edit this good. I've made videos half as good that took 12h. 😂
Sketchy Diesel... uuuuh.... ASS!.... no...
@@tommylyeah Skeetin#2 ?
DadBodBuilds or DadBodDiesels sounds pretty good honestly
Do a cam setup in your shop and just release montages every week
Thanks for the crash course on Duramax Diesel basics!
Brother - it is always quite some time! That being said - this was a sick video and I can't wait for more. 😎
Thank god you finally started uploading this, trying to find a tow pig to build myself
Love how in depth you went. Great video
Fucking sick edit. Good job Wyatt. First diesel build I'll be following, thanks for sharing.
Dude you are like night and day between appearances on other channels and yours(both are enjoyable)! Great job giving info and showing stuff off bud. Keep em coming
Great video, learned a lot! Keep up the good work! 💪🏽
Wyatt is low key the mad scientist of the rolly coaly boiz
Man I'm really looking forward to this build!
This video was extremely helpful even tho I am building an lml duramax! I was super close to pulling the trigger on a set of forged pistons but after watching this, I know to go for a set of cast pistons since I use this truck for my business. The fingers oval bowl pistons were also at the top of my list.
Great video. The structure really works for you. Its much like something you would see on TV. Dig it
Production quality is off the charts
Can’t wait to see this engine build!
One of your best videos so far.
Dang buddy! What a great wealth of info. I'm excited to see the progress.
Man you gotttttta film that cummins build for the Pete. Subscribed.!!

I'm so ready for this bulid!!!
Dude I had no idea. Just have seen you in bois videos but I’m not even a Honda guy just watch them cuz they seem cool and interesting to learn about a world I don’t dabble in. I’m a LS and Duramax guy through and through. Had no idea you had a shop and could make killer videos like this. Keep it up!
About time. Wanted the diesel vids
need more of this!!
Sweet video man. Excited to see this build.
Young man you sure have came a very long way since the last time i seen one of your videos, great job buddy.

I've never subscribed to a channel before but this guy knows his stuff. 👍
Glad to see you back!! I love your stuff. Im anxious to see the rolling chassis this is going into. Do something weird off the wall just to piss people off!! That stuff is the best.
Glad ur back man!! Can't wait for more ur a smart dude!!
Shop looks amazing. So clean, especially for a one man shop! Thanks for the detailed breakdown. I've never owned a diesel, yet your explanation was very easy to follow and full of details. It's so good to hear that you've been busy with running your shop. RUclips uploads are great, but a stable source of income is even better. Keep it up man!
Hey bro, I really like all the content you put out.
I did see you around on other RUclips channels so I knew you didn't die lol.
Good to see you back
Awesome. Cant wait to see the rest. Always a funny guy. But very knowledgeable

This video was in point. I'm sure it took a lot of time to edit but it was worth it
Nice video, glad to see more diesel content.
Fired up man. Thing sounds so good.
