I honestly think that the symbol with the 8 circles surrounding what you think is the sun actually refers to moons surrounding the One Piece world. The symbol inside the circle at 50:04 is the eye of Horus... also sometimes referred to as the eye of the moon, in contrast to Ra which has the eye of the sun. The other symbol is covered by the old ladies hair... and honestly the hair just looks like a planet... again I think it's telling us that there were 8 moons orbiting the One Piece World. Remember back to Ohara, the globe had multiple moons... personally I think that the different races came from different moons, which are now missing. They could have been destroyed with ancient weapons, but my theory is that they are actually just small, Island sized moons and they got stuck in the foliage of the giant tree we saw briefly on Elbaf. Reason for thinking this? the tree is obviously a reference to Yggradisil, the world tree, upon which, literally, the 9 realms were located. If you assume that the One Piece world is midgard (our world in Norse mythology) then the other 8 would be the missing moons (well one is still actually free). Little bonus, it potentially explains Zunesha's crime, Zunesha is uniquely tall, like 15km tall, maybe they carried the aliens from the top of the tree to our world... ultimately leading to an invasion.
