@dendenkushi I don't think there is any despite that. Brook died, and his body was on a moving target, it took him forever to track it down because it wasn't where it was when he died.
Zoro's "nothing happened" is related with the Shinigami that came to him during wano. Maybe during "nothing happened" event he nearly died and made a deal with the Shinigami saying he needed more time to help Luffy's dream. During wano the Shinigami came to see whether Zoro is doing his part of the deal or no. Maybe Zoro will die soon.

I think the Shinigami appearing in Wano is the biggest sign that Zoro may die by end of series, I agree with this.
