Good one, Ray! One thing I learned is similar to this. If you can get the machine to run in any fashion after it’s been sitting for a while, it will flush out those deposits on its own. To be honest, my inclination would have been to tweak the Low screw a little first, as the acceleration was the issue and at that point the Low mixture is what’s controlling the initial acceleration. At least that’s the way I understand it to work. That said, what you did certainly worked! 🔧👍
Thanks Rein! Yes both hi and lo passages can impact each other. Usually the lo is idle and acceleration and the hi is just for max rpm but I have found that moving both will allow the small particles to break up and flush like you mentioned. Thanks for watching and commenting!
