In season 1, when unique is first introduced, older Kanan narrating says “that’s unique. Biggest drug dealer on the south side. Everybody wanna be him or be down with him.” This shows off the bat that unique is someone Kanan respected enough to wanna work with/be cool with. In season 3, when unique “died”, older Kanan narrating said “that’s when kings fall” referring to unique as a king. In the season 3 finale, the song playing at the end is called “down with the king(cool breeze mix) by run dmc. I feel like this means Kanan is about to be down with the “king” going forward. And let’s not forget the leaked image of unique coming out of Kanan apartment(which I feel like is a leaked pic for season 4). Let’s keep going lol. The season 3 finale episode is called made you look which is a reference to the nas song. In that song, one of the lyrics are “only describe us as soldiers, survivors”. I think it’s fair to call unique a survivor considering what he just went through. Another lyric is “stay laced with the best well dressed with finesse”. I’m sure we can all agree this can be used to describe unique👀. And lastly another lyric is “king of the town, yeah I been that”. Unique is the king they are referring to I feel like. He’s already been at the top considering that’s the version of unique we were introduced to. I think all this means unique is leaving his old persona behind resurfacing as breeze. In OG power, when Kanan escaped near death he came back with scars and introduced himself as slim to tariq. This could be the same thing here with unique. He’s back with scars and I could see him taking Kanan under his wing. The way breeze is described as being “not too smart” and having a routine is different from how we knew unique but I’m sure taking a beating like that can alter one’s personality/way of thinking. I feel like unique isn’t going to be able to remember much which results in him having a daily routine bc that’ll be all he knows. We’re def going to be seeing subtle hints of Ronnie in him. Lastly, season 2 ep 3, when unique had Julianna held up he told raq “my name don’t even got the same weight on these streets no more. Law 25 of the 48 laws of power is to “recreate yourself”. This whole season the theme was made you look😵💫they put Ronnie in front of us when the whole time it’s looking like Unique = Breeze!
Side note: Joey’s new interview with people kinda gives it away. He states he would like his character to connect with Kanan in season 4. As well as saying that the unique that we knew is dead. He says this new version of himself will be more hyperactive and irritatable, and rageful. Hence the “strong but not smart” description. Either way hopefully breeze is revealed next season and the plane pic wasn’t just a tease😂

the only thing i will say in addition to your video is, the way Unique (breeze) knew exactly where they were and the fact kanan went from running up on ronnie upset about the hit on his mom to making ronnie think they was in on a plan together tells me Unique got to kanan somewhere in between kanan leaving snaps and pops and the fake kidnapping. kanan had no gun. last gun he got was from Palomar. unique came to kanan confirmed it was ronnie who attacked him and they orchestrated that plan off camera. Down with the king by run DMC played in the background as Unique stood over ronnie’s dead body, as if to say Checkmate. the king is the most IMPORTANT piece on the chessboard.

Y’all don’t understand the show is based on the 48 Laws Of Power. If you read the book you would see all these laws coming from a mile away. For Ghost to have faked his death he would’ve had to had learned it from someone who did it before him. When Kanan tells Tariq in OG power “The quickest way to fool your enemies is to make them think that you are already dead” SNEAK ATTACK. Where did we see this same logic be used? Now Kanan also says at the end of the last episode something like “ If you learned anything from all this shit make sure when you kill a nigga he really dead”. Now did we ever see Ghosts body in a morgue? In a casket? Etc etc? Now ima leave you with one of the last quotes Unique said “ if there’s no body he ain’t dead and if he ain’t dead he still talkin”

Raq survives the series. When Kanan arrived on the scene in the original Power, Ghost asked him how was his mom. Kanan said she was good and he was visiting her later. It was evident that she was alive.

I think an important question has to be asked in regards to Unique. Do you think the writers would go to this extreme only to bring back the same old Unique with nothing being changed about his character/personality as if nothing never happened? It would make no sense. They are clearly taking his character into a totally different direction. He was beaten several times in the head. He will clearly have some kind of brain damage. He has scars and swelling. He clearly is no longer a "pretty boy"! He no longer wears his jewelry. No more designer clothes. He's in plain black with a hoodie. He's moving in secret. It is clear that they are making him a totally different person. We can debate on whether or not he's Breeze but what we can not debate about is the fact that he's no longer the same Unique.

Bro he wasn’t brought back all this was filmed in the same time duration it’s part of the script. I hate that everybody acting like this was a last minute add on of some sort. The fallout with him and Ronnie was supposed to happen. Everyone knows Unique missing even the police he had a shop he went missing at. Now his brother and a detective is murder, everybody forgets he was framed for attempt on Howard. To the police officers he the main guy they want to question because of his brother whose now dead and Howard also. It looks like he had the best motive to kill them so cops gone want to question him.

Sasha Penn the creator of the show and JoeyBad@$$ who plays Unique both released statements during their interviews that the script had to be changed for season 3 and 4 because Unique was supposed to be dead but they later decided to bring him back! So you're wrong! Howard told Raq in episode 6 that in terms of law enforcement they believed Unique to be dead. Raq even questioned Howard about why they don't even care about what happend to Unique. So they're not going to even be thinking about him in regards to what happened to Ronnie and Howard. He's not on their radar. That's the purpose of his new character, to be in the shadows! So you're wrong about that too. Peace!

They changed Ghost’s age. In the original Power, Ghost was born in 1974, per the first season, episode 2 when Angela does the FBI search, which is Omari’s real age, and I think Kanan was born in either 1971 or 1972 in the original Power, but in raising Kanan, he was born in 1975.

The writers obviously had to retcon a few things to make the story still make sense, considering Joey wanted bacc in and the actor that plays Ronnie has a lead role elsewhere else. Unique isn’t who he was anymore. He’s never dressed that way or moved with any kinda stealth. Also, we’re talkin about Kanan, he’s not gon just work for anybody, especially someone new, he’s already been in control of his operation. In narration and on the screen, he has always shown respect to Unique. That CTE will definitely alter his personality, if there is any left and make him more ruthless than Ronnie was. Playing “Down Wit The King” and Kanan referring to him as the biggest drug dealer on the Southside, means something and they can’t just Kingpin a random mf out the blue and this many seasons in and magically make Kanan have respect for. Kanan and Unique already linked off screen and are tied enough for Kanan to follow thru with the plan only Unique would be able to give him, because only Unique would kno how to or what could distract Ronnie and get him outta there.
I think he’s dressing this way because he doesn’t have access to his clothes and I doubt after getting cracked in the head he thinking about bling and Gucci jackets

Why else bring him back. They said they had to change it and that he would have a big impact on next season and that the Unique you know is dead. Meaning he different. They probably saw the love he was getting from fans and decided to go a different direction with Breeze story.

Did anybody see Ghost kill Breeze? I’m just starting to think Breeze isn’t dead at all. Every time Ghost had a chance to kill someone he loved he would throw them some bread instead and tell em to get the fuck outta dodge. What if Ghost knew Breeze was gonna get killed and tipped him off allowing him to escape into the sunset. I could be tweaking but just after rewatching episodes it got me thinkin.

Another Reason I believe he’s Breeze because Unique give people names. Stefano either mention you got a name for me. Breeze gave Ghost his name. The clues are there if you watch the entire Power series. That’s why I think Ghost alive because what Tommy told Hollie.
I think one of the only ways they can make a Breeze character as badass as Ghost is to make him Ghost twin brother. Think about it, if Ghost can be two places at once (school and the streets) that would be fire and then have both brothers switch lives for certain things I think it would level the hype for the Breeze character and make the franchise a lot more interesting.
Only after receiving the blows to the head will he become different from what he was, Kanan said that Breeze was disjointed, he was strong but not intelligent, he had a daily routine which made his ambush easier; It seems to me that this new Unique fits this puzzle! After this incident, Unique dies, and a new, injured and mysterious Breezy is born, who will operate in the shadows while preparing Kanan, who recruits Tommy & Ghost.

I believe Raq is gonna do something to piss off Stefano and he is gonna toss he into the furnace and she is gonna share the same fate as High Post. I feel like Breeze is a new character it doesn't make sense for him to change his name. Everybody already knows him as Unique. That would be lazy, in my opinion. I still like watching these videos to see all the ideas and opinions, and there are a lot of interesting theories. All I know is whoever and whenever Breeze shows up, the director better not disappoint. 😅

Ghost aint coming back, and only reason why the character unique was alive is because fans complained too much, including Joey's father. So the producers decided to write the character back in.
Ronnie Mathis was supposed to be casted for season 4 but Grantham Coleman was casted in a star role in another series so they bought back Unique.

I agree Unique is definitely BreeZe! Why bring in a brand new character all the way into the 4th season of the series that the audience has to learn from scratch to care about. We care more about Unique whom we’ve known since the beginning of the series vs some random we’ve never even met.

He told ghost he just came from seeing his mother. And when Kanan left out ghost tole him give your mother my best. So it’s gonna be interesting to see how it plays out.

Joey bad a$$ said he has scheduling conflicts with his tour dates that couldn't be accommodated, so they had to kill him off. .Most Likely it would have been Ronnie being a Breeze but Joey Bada$$ in recent interviews said he wanted back in, and it affected the season 3 finale and ALOT of season 4. Sascha Penn stated it in an interview. It's a cool twist with Joey being Brreze, but it would have made sense being Ronnie too..and would have loved to see that scary psycho character too!

I think it's worth debating if Raq is still alive. Kanan was late meeting up with Ghost and Tommy, he told them he was visiting his mom. That could mean her grave or actually going to see her. He wasn't specific and they didn't ask. You could ask well why didn't she get his ashes or identify his body but I think that all depends on how Raising Kanan ends.
