Absolutely. Buying a high mileage FCA product is always an excellent idea 💡.
@Brian_Eugene_Lee they’re built like tanks…lots of life left in them.
🤣🤣🤣
@Brian_Eugene_Lee absolutely
This is sarcasm, right?
I have a 2018 raptor with 150k on it, and I’m looking at getting at getting a TRX for around 70k$. Think they’ll last as long, and how much mileage is reasonable for the price point?
I have a 2021 TRX that is at 80,500 miles and has had 0 issues still looks great and drives like new.. I do baby my vehicles but also drive them and drive them a lot.. I also pull a trailer with it all over being about 5000 lbs... I'm very happy...
Very cool but if your not wheeling or bashing over whoops 80k miles doesn’t have much weight to it but still glad your out there in a trx!
@@blakemarchand6650 Where do you get that I don't go wheelin in it lol?? Cause I have it PPF and take care of what I have? Maybe I misunderstood your remark and I'm actually hoping I did...
@@TRX2021 ehh let’s some videos
@blakemarchand6650 Unfortunately I don't do RUclips..Was not blessed with the gift for that 😢
@joshuacarrillo4801 It's at 83,400 as of today..
Thanks Ben!! I would love to see you review MORE pre-owned Vehicles.
I bought my 2021 with 30k miles about 5 months ago. It’s an amazing truck.
do u regret not getting a 22?
Give us an update when it if it gives you issues
Oh no Ben. I can hear the nostalgia in your voice.
I hope we are not having regrets about relinquishing ownership of your TRX.
Speaking of gas mileage. My 1968 Mustang Restomod (11.71@121mph) had an average fuel consumption around 9mpg. Mind you, gas was only .98 cents to $1.20 per gallon back then (late 90s/early 00s). So it wasn't too much of a financial burden.
However, I have no idea how many miles I drove* as a teenager. Besides, most of my cruising was from gas station to gas station anyway. This was basically how I planned my days, nights and weekends. Using a map, mathematics and a limited budget (and my parents Texaco card).
In the end, she [my Mustang] cost me four girlfriends, two and half jobs and a _COPIOUS_ amount of money. Mostly for gas but also some performance upgrades and general maintenance (IE - _a lot_ of tires). I still miss her dearly.
Lastly, can you actually _see_ my comment or have I been s-b-a-n-...by YT again?
Appreciate the help and all your hard work brother.
Stay classy my friend.
*EDITED for grammatical error.
Not relevant, But Sir, You have the best grammar and use of punctuation, I’ve ever seen on YT.
It was a pleasure reading your comment lol.
@@johnappleseed9290 Thank you kindly.
Although, there was a grammatical error as annotated by the asterisk. I still make common mistakes from time to time, but I will correct them whenever they arise. Such is the plight of the grammarian.
Unfortunately, basic communication skills (such as reading, writing & speaking) have effectively been rendered obsolete now that everyone relies on technology to finish their thoughts.
Not to mention, far too many people have completely forgone the art of putting pen to paper. I _still_ send out handwritten 'Thank You' notes whenever I get the chance. You would be amazed how happy that makes the recipient!
Of course, a 'Thank You' letter means nothing without proper penmanship. Seems like everybody writes like a sociopath these days but I digress.
Nevertheless, thank you again for the kind words and acknowledgement.
Stay classy my friend.
Hell yeah. Used or not I'm taking a trx. Such a badass truck 🔥🔥🔥
This review is awesome. I’m looking at used 21-22’s to replace my ‘22 Audi S5 sportback. Some life changes and I need to get a bigger vehicle, figured I would have fun with it.
Haven’t seen “used reviews” like this and low mileage examples are popping up more regularly at that 70-80k price point fully loaded.
Silver color on a TRX looks good, very balanced
One day I hope to be able to look at something like this with 68k miles and say "Nope, not for me. Too high of a mileage." Crazy. My Sequoia has 155k on it and I still don't consider that high mileage.
EXACTLY! I recently purchased my first Sequoia and it only has 363,000 miles on it and it's still running great!

Bought my 22 new last year
11k trouble free miles with FAS predator pulley and S&B intake
Great daily driver
Its only a sports car 0-60 maybe to
It is a good all around vehicle though
Solid review on a used truck.
That's not high mileage for a well made older vehicle. Sadly, most new cars are clapped out by 80,000 miles but that's from all the electronics and the fact that only specialty vehicles like the TRX are built with quality in mind. Most new cars are designed to be thrown away. Vehicles were built much better 20 to 40 years ago. They were built to last. It's so sad that anything new with over 50,000 miles is considered high miles now.
86k miles on mine, 2021 early build
Any issues? Been deciding between this or an at4 6.2
Ben you should drive a AMW wranlger or JT
I’m waiting one more year to get me a 2022 with under 30k miles 75k or less
Considering I have a 22 and it has 11k on it and I’m getting offered 79k for it I’m assuming you need not wait that long.
I am buying one now - 2023 trx level 2, 1 owner, clean carafax, 25k miles, original sticker 103k - for 81k plus tax
Yes it is. Unless you're rich ..thank god for high miles cuz you save lots on the msrp. Thats how i got into a 2020 srt jeep and now a 2019 power wagon. Because brand new both are $100k
Hey Ben I know you’re busy but can by chance do another video of a 2023/24 Trailboss Lt with the 2.7?
You lost me at high mileage with 70k miles.
That is high mileage for a 3 year old vehicle. On average most people only drive 12,000 - 15,000 miles per year.
I'm waiting for the TRX with 250K miles that with no issues 😂
Man.. for a '21 that leather is not aging well.
It’s from whatever BS armor all or silicone based product being used on it. You can tell from how shiny it is compared to the rear seats. I have a 21 TRX that I clean with colourlock mild cleaner and follow up with colourlock protectant. The seats look absolutely immaculate.
The TRX comes with a tag on the seats that explains that they use genuine leather. You have to use products made for real leather. Most owners throw the tag away and use the same bottle of stuff they used on there previous pick up with vinyl “leather”
70k miles for a ram is high mileage? Bro this isn’t a GM or ford. That truck ain’t even close to being broken in
Lol
I'm going to expect anything with 700+hp and that supercharger whine to be well broken in at nearly 70,000 miles. I'd have a hard time not "breaking it in" every time I drove it.😉
I don't consider 68K high mileage.
It is for a 3 yr. old vehicle. Most people only drive 12K - 15K per year.
Show a comparison of hennessey velociraptor 600 vs Shelby raptor r
It’s a 2 year old truck. How much wear and tear do you really expect it to have 😂😂😂
70k Miles are 70k miles, and these things get beat up because of the engine. Not like driving around in a ranger like a grandpa
High Mile =500 000 miles a least
Who drives 500K in 3 years? SMH
Only if used trx is at good price
I have seen used trx also marked up very high
Awesome truck and in great working order for a 70k mile high perf vehicle which chances are was driven hard...where's the big mouth so called mechanic that was on here saying the Ram's interior (seats) and engine wouldn't hold up compared to a GM's ???...guys like that must have gotten their mechanics papers from a bubble gum machine.
❤trx
I’d rather buy used TRX than a used Raptor because they are high mileage on road not like Raptor off road.
Guess I’m a little confused how 7k mi is high miles
Exactly my thoughts 😂
He didn't say 7K. He said it almost has 70K.
Show us hennessey velociraptor 600
If your a multi millionaire i dont think it would really matter. If you live paycheck to paycheck it is a major issue.
Especially when something goes wrong with the transmission or the supercharger. The dealer will absolutely tell you to fuck off if you don’t have warranty.
YEAH! 😅
Chrysler products are known to be junk! High mileage shouldn't be that bad, but time will turn that truck into junk. The interiors are junk and that hemi will roll the lifters.
You need a special bank card for gas ⛽ only
I average 10.1 on my 2023 and if I wheel it, I get 9.3mpg. Fun to drive but expensive.
Cool
7,000 miles is not high mileage..
He didn't say 7,000 miles. He said its almost has 70,000 miles. 68,347 miles to be exact (seen at 3:38). SMH
Average ownership of an automobile is almost 8 years. Not 3-5...
the start button has poop on it.
High mileage 😂 70k 😂 in Toyota world high mileage is 250k
in three years?
@@kimolee502 dude I have 2024 tundra I put 10300 in 3 months
@@canalesivany good for you. how long will it take you to get to 250K? I love Toyotas too. Let me know when you get to 250K.
I am getting 12 mpg with my 2021 TRX. Something’s wrong with the numbers!
I also get 12 to 15 mpg out of my 2021 TRX, on the open road.
No
My 99 Jeep Cherokee Xj has almost 500,000 miles..... It'll outlast and outwheel just about anything out there... 😆
