I decided to consciously keep in touch with my friends during social distancing (through text, phone calls or facetime) and I came to realise how superficial Instagram can be. Yeah, I know what's up in people's lives but how many of them would reach out to me personally and vice versa?

Social media is curse for pure hearts we didn't even realize how many hearts are broked everyday due to relationship disputes people really into materials and looks God 💔
And those pictures are fake, they are filtered and photoshopped, even videos have filters. Men and women shouldn’t believe everything they see on social media. Love your husband/wife and be happy . None is perfect

I ever never use insta . I don't wanna know about others personal life. If we on insta our mind defenetly compare with anyone's life it's nature. Only think about our life . self care isn't selfish. Life is beautiful travel with your goals. You don't wanna know people about what you're doing.

I have seen stories on crime shows of people who showed a perfect life on social media, videos and pictures of the two loving each other and pictures of their kids and their homes and cars and vacations etc.. then a crime happens and the police an people realized that it was a broken home with a lot of problems, husband ended up killing his wife and children like the Watts family, or wife ended up killing her husband because she was with another man or a son/daughter kills his parents... it’s insane . After everything I saw online and learned in the past few years , I realized that social media is very fake and a lot of people are depressed but they portray this happy life. Many people are miserable. Never compare your lives to anybody, be happy, disconnect from social media and love yourselves, work on yourselves and improve your lives, befriend people who share the same interests as you do, have friends that don’t go on social media. Be happy and get to know God, He created you for a purpose, you are beautiful/handsome don’t compare yourselves to others.

1:15 this guys look like me.Because i'm living hard time for the economically and 2 week ago i watced a tv series and there have a one girl and one boy and i liked them.And i was resarched on google and instagram.İ founded they instagram account and i saw them.They are looking so happy and they have a alot of money and i don't have anythink.3 days i didn't breath.Believe me, no people are happy. If they were happy, if "money" really brought happiness, they wouldn't spend their happy time on social media.(sorry my english.İ'm still trying to learn )

Ask yourselves: What am I gaining from being on social media? You are wasting a lot of time, you are comparing yourselves to others, you are getting depressed, it’s negatively affecting your relationship with others etc .... QUIT social media and work on yourselves, spend that time to exercise, eat healthy, spend more time with your family, use that time to do something to generate an income or something that will benefit you and make you happy. Be happy. Take care of your mental health and work on your spirituality too. To be happy you should work on the physical, mental and spiritual. Get to know your creator and change your friends if they are dragging you down and making you feel bad, look for those who will encourage you and motivate you, those who will help you move forward. Get rid of toxic friends,of toxic relationships, of toxic environment such as changing jobs if your work environment is toxic etc etc . Be happy. Life is too short and it’s scary how we can leave this world in a blink of an eye, so many people today are dying today at a young age (heart attacks, cardiac arrests, shootings, car accidents etc ), you don’t know when your time is up, are you going to waste it on comparing yourselves to strangers on social media? A lot of what is posted on Facebook and Instagram is fake, too much photoshopping, too many filters used , too many lies etc. None is perfect. Your lives are probably much better than theirs. Fix your relationship with God, God is not Jesus and Jesus is not God, Jesus is not the son of God, Jesus was a prophet and angel Gabriel is the Holy Spirit. Read chapter 19 in the Quran about Jesus. Quit social media and Be happy.
