so greatful that you shared some of the cambodian history with us in this vlog, im currently watching all your travel content after disvering your channel a couple of weeks ago. And this video just became a really special one i feel like. Hope you are well, love from Norway
It’s sad that this is your last video here. However, thank you so much and hope to see your vlog in Cambodia agin ❤. I am really great and thankful that you shared your experience to the world to show how beautiful we are . Love you, and stay safe ❤
I'm really late to the party here but I really enjoy that you are interested in the history of the countries and also share that with us :) Makes your vlogs for me personally so much more interesting than some other RUclipsrs :) Also I'm German and at my school every class visited a concentration camp (not Autschwitz but there are many more you can visit) and there were literally people of my class who broke down crying in the middle of the tour that's how real all of the history that seems so far away becomes at these places
Wow that would of been super emotional. lychee drinks in the uk I can only think of is Rubicon so its fizzy. With the random playing card I think the word you were thinking of was suit like four suits hearts, diamonds club and spades. Cannot believe how fast these countries you have visited is going by. Also loving seeing how your journey has changed you definitely it got better better. Where else are you visiting i know you theres Singapore and Bali anywhere else??
Not that you'd likely want to see more about the horror of the Cambodian "Democratic" revolution, but if you ever have an interest, there is a movie called "The Killing Fields" which brought the story home to westerners. It won 3 Oscars and was nominated for an additional four.
Wow, I will be there in October for 5 Months or more if I meet the right girl. and I really want to follow the history as well. But some of it is very sad for sure. so I will find that Move and watch it before I come there on the 28th of October.
Sounds like you got the minibuses that locals mainly use because its cheap, you can get other rides but pay a little bit more with aircon and not overbooked. Otherwise can get a private car for just the 2.
This is what you get when booking through your guesthouse. everything in cambodia is commision based so they wont give you the best buck for your money. for the last years there are great travel and bus companies that have put the bar lots higher.
I am so glad you experienced the buses when I tell people they won't believe it . You have done Cambodia properly and yes it's an emotional place killing Fields and Angkor .
I still have a fair bit of catching up to do but wanted to show some love to your last video! I’m following you on Insta so I have an idea of what it’s about. I can’t wait for the Bali vlogs :)
