Pickle Roll-ups and Tortilla Roll-ups - Easy Snack Foods - Easy Appetizers to Bring to Parties

Easy snacks/appetizers
Tortilla Roll-ups
8oz Creamcheese (softened)
1 can black olives (you can buy then chopped or whole)
I can green chilies (diced)
About 6 tortillas
*you can add all kinds of things to these to switch it up! Let me know your variations 😊
Pickle Roll-ups
Creamcheese
Dill Pickles
Ham (or what ever deli meat you prefer)
*amounts will vary based on size of Pickles and slices of ham

Do you mix Mayo with cream cheese or replace cream cheese with Mayo completely?

For pickle one mix cream cheese with ranch mix then roll other way

I make the tortilla roll ups all the time! We add taco seasoning and cheese to them! They are so good, and picked roll ups must be a Minnesota, South Dakota thing cause I've never seen them anywhere else

Emilee Neuman We have done that too...I added a bunch of stuff one time and brought them to a family thing and they all loved it and then asked me to go back to these simpler ones lol...but I'm like you I want a bit more like the taco seasoning! yuummm!
and I bet you're right about it being a midwest thing....we are pretty great about adding Creamcheese to everything lol

Try wrapping them tightly in plastic wrap and leaving in the fridge over night before slicing, makes it much easier. Also feel free to mix up different ingredients with the same process. My aunt would make these all the time likes this or with turkey, or with tortilla and put salsa in the cream cheese, or make BLT or bratwurst and caramelized onion ones..... lots of options for quick fast party food. Or as we call them now, white trash maki rolls.

I was JUST talking to my mom about making pickle wraps for christmas... they're addictive! And as for the tortilla roll ups, last year at an office party, somebody had brought some, but I don't know what they had put in them, but they were SO good! I couldn't stay out of them!
