Talking her through the monitor base assembly on a vdeo conference was near impossible before I sent her a link to your video, Different model monitor, but the base assembly was near identical to yours
I dont evn think this is your fault for struggling with disassembly. That thing is horribly designed. The entire stand is a mess. It wobbles so much. The prongs for stand base take far too much space on my desk and my mouse keep hitting them. I bought vesa mount for my table and thinking of disassembling the stand now and put vesa. Wish me luck as I try to do that
Hey bro im too late here, but why doesn't my monitor stand have those spinning lock things underneath, just a screw. And the body of the screw has a flat side on its body making it impossible to lock using Even a screwdriver
The mechanism is bad design by Acer but we need to improvise. In this case you might just have to use something that can reach it like a screwdriver to brute force your way out.🤷♂️
Terrible design in my opinion.. terrible instructions that come with the monitor as well... "Attach the monitor to the stand 2 piece stand after you assembled them together." I had it wobbling around and was like this isnt right... Thanks for the video, I didnt have this exact monitor but the stand connection is the same
If it comes off, then it isn't fully engaged. When fully engaged, you will have the devil of a job getting it off. It is likely to still be a bit wobbly, but at the end of the day you won't exactly be waggling it, so it should be good to go.

This video worked for my Acer Nitro VG0 Series monitor as well. Can't believe they wouldn't put this in the instruction manual

How do I tilt the stand? I'm having trouble to rotate the foot stand making it hard for me to see what's on the monitor by how tilted it is.

I’m using a kg251q monitor, but whenever I try to push the notch down, it won’t push down.
Yes, the notch gets jam some times. Try to nudge it by pushing the stand upward first and then use your finger to press the notch if possible.
My fingers are kind of big, so how can I hold the notch down? It doesn't seem jammed, just seems like it's really hard to push down
