It'd be cool if Gaijin would add the actual bombers that inspired the creation of the B-2/B-21
They were working on it before the Horten ones...
I heard a take from a few years ago that they wouldn’t add later strategic bombers because they wouldn’t fit into the existing game modes.
high tier heavy strategic bombers like the b-29 already carry so many bombs and flatten bases so quickly that the later model strategic heavy bombers would just be stupidly over-powered in rank 5 or completely useless if they got moved to rank 6.
I’m sure Gaijin will think of a way to include them one day.
@@Corey_Brandt this is exactly how I feel. They’ll get added eventually. They just have to figure out a way to do it. Like perhaps a Bomber only PVE EC mode similar to the heli mode

I'd love to see you try to play the FW190 F-8 with the cannon pods equipped in a ground RB match. It actually has the same 30mm cannons that the Ho229 has with the AP belts too.

Hey Phly!! For the next phapha you should take out the F-105 with its 11,060 kgf on afterburner and play with its 4 Aim-9Es and/or napalm and bomb the enemy airfield when someone lands on it. I've watched you since 2015 and your videos have always made my day
Would like to see the F-105 used like it should be, scream in fast on the deck, drop them all on the ONLY pass, go back and get some more. It would help if you had a buddy to point out your line. Great Video.o7

M41A1 has 232 pen at 6.0. It punches holes but its a sabot so the damage can be meh. But it can front plate a Tiger II

Hi Phly! You remember that moment in Top Gun Maverick when the SU57 did the weird spin move? Well turns out the Jaguar can do similar in war thunder if you take just missiles (no ordinance) and go into full real controls. Hold and A or D and it should do the spin, maybe see if you can use this move effectively?

the ho229 was very powerful in ground rb because it had great guns for ground pounding and it was very fast for its br, it could also pitch up very fast. they nerfed the rounds and I'm pretty sure they made it slower. but it was also very weak defensively because it rolls terribly and sucks at shooting down other planes, so if the enemy team had any planes up it made the ho229's day very difficult. its only defense against other planes is out speeding them
I unlocked this vehicle after a 3 year grind and this was a needed update!!! Thanks phly
It'd be fun to see you fly the Ki-43-III ko (Chinese) at a br of 3.0. It has 2 nosemounted 12.7mm and it wrecks planes if you have nice aim. Its currently my favourite plane.

I think for the next PhPh you should take out the Chi Ha LG. I don't see many players using this quirky naval gun thing.
I always thought, if Gaijin is sticking with the " Would be hard to place Strategic Bombers" logic and too OP compared the others. Then they ought to make bombers like the B-52, B-2, and so on. Into rewards like how drones exist. Make these planes cost something like 1000-1250 spawn points. Lots of bombs but giant. So even if they return to base and rearm, I don't think it'd be hard to take them dow.
Next Phriday should be USS Arizona, in Honour of Pearl Harbour anniversary that went by this month.
The lab crew is very good, so wasn't surprising they did well.
I'm only 2 planes away from researching this, gotta grind with the D-13 again to make it happen!
