Yep, and even tho we got taken out in the semis here, our heat time was still the fastest time of todays event; our bees were def on top of their game. Momo def got a deserved gold here tho, as their team was the only team to post three times all faster than our semifinal time Maybe we shudve saved some of that first heat spd for the semifinals, but honestly a fifth place rankin here is very solid and that first heat was increds to watch our bees just soar ahead
I have to be honest, as a midnight wisps fan I have never liked the O'Rangers. Their fans with their loud OOOOOO's really bug me.... now to see them neck and neck with my beloved team is really getting my blood boiling. WE MUST WIN THIS WISPS.
Considering the berries have 2 less medals than Bumblebees and Speeders and they're still in 3rd place says it all, constancy matters and if any team deserves winning this year, it's the berries. Nonetheless, what a greta event, one of my favs, and congrats to Momo and Thunderbolts!
This marble league has been a pain to watch. I lost hope but never lost my loyalty! Hopefully they can turn this around to somewhat of a decent league and not one to forget about.

Wow this result was quite unexpected! SPOILERS! Incredible that all of the teams without a podium so far made it there today! This narrows the point spread quite a bit, as shown by the fact that Team Plasma (currently in 15th) could make a jump all the way to 5th with a win next event.

Simply if the rankings for 2-5 go to the current top four teams; then 6th place needs to go a team ranked 9th or lower, same with 7th, but 8th cud go to 8th. The most statistically unlikely bit wud be that 5-7th currently wud all need to place 12th or lower, which wud be quite the upset All of this is quite unlikely to occur; but it is possible from a numbers viewpt that Team Plasma cud end up in 5th place after a gold. Tho more likely wud be smth like Plasma jumpin up to 8th place from 14th after a gold, with it bein a bit less likely for each score above that given 5-7 are tied for 5th in terms of pts; its just medal count that determines rankin there

This was the O'Rangers' time to strike. All the leaders finished poorly, a podium finish would have been massive. We're still in it, though. Our boys have come in clutch before. Don't lose hope!

word on the production, I really like the breathing room, this video was perfectly paced. sometimes the commentary doesn't get a chance to build up hype or give proper context for events, but this time they were able to go over the history of the event, speculate on team line ups, even just breath and look at the bees, I thought it was really well done

I would have been happy finishing in the top half, then I would have been happy with any medal. But gold? I'm delighted. The scream I let out when Momo pushed out in front at the end! Been tough to watch sometimes this year but a lot better than them not being in it at all like last year. Go Momo!
There is no way that the bottom 4 teams are top 4 in this event and then the 3 teams without a medal win. Also, side note, no matter what placement the Thunderbolts got, they would still be the last behind Team Plasma, even if they got the gold.

100% I think the lack of medals has put them in a bit of a rough headspace and that has shown in their performance, and to be fair that stress probably was what caused the slip up on that final push. But we got a medal and now it's just about building that momentum!
Wisps performed well, just got unlucky with such a competitive first heat. Congrats to Team Momo! That was an awesome performance. Y’all should be proud
I just analyzed their last run in .25 speed, and it looked like Mo takes a bad bounce leaning sideways into a wall, and they took a few hits off walls before hitting Momo where the accuracy was amazing. Momo takes a high bounce and stays clean against a wall before a slight pinch got them out of control but only briefly as they got back on the racing line to narrowly win.
Noooo raspberry Racers could have gotten much further!!! Very unfortunate bump against Momo just at the last Handoff.. But still good showing - we can still easily take this in the last 7 Events!

I said when we won the silvers, it was all down hill from there. 14th, 11th, 14th 😢 Let’s just hope that this was the bad patch. I am in shock Team Momo won gold? After all this goofing around they've been doing, I had given up on them winning and was just happy they weren't in last overall
As an o’ranger fan that was such a bummer to choke after all of our rivals had failed. Could have made up so much ground, but as soon as I saw us in lane 3 I knew it was over.
@@JamesDavy2009 I don't think so. In the team events, Yellow Eye has been the least consistent performer on the team. Team Pursuit (E1), they really had it together; Steeplechase (E2), they dislodged the most number of sticks and only barely finished; 5m Hurdles (E3), they had a great effort and ran out of gas for the finals; Block Pushing (E4) was a catastrophic team effort; Did not compete in E5; Tug-of-War (E6) , they stuck to the plan at least; Did not Compete in E7; Balancing (E8) performed the worst of the team; Did not compete in E9; And now in 5m Relay (E10), had the WORST segment of any racer. Even as far back as the Team Champions of Marbula One Season 2 of 2021, Yellow Eye having 2 Golds and a Bronze, a 7th, a 10th, and a 13th. They have just been SO inconsistent.
Been a fan for a while, but I'm just now hitting the point where I'm figuring out mid-event the maximum number of points other teams can get for the Bumblebees to hold onto the top spot.

word on the production, I really like the breathing room, this video was perfectly paced. sometimes the commentary doesn't get a chance to build up hype or give proper context for events, but this time they were able to go over the history of the event, speculate on team line ups, even just breath and look at the bees, I thought it was really well done

I would have been happy finishing in the top half, then I would have been happy with any medal. But gold? I'm delighted. The scream I let out when Momo pushed out in front at the end! Been tough to watch sometimes this year but a lot better than them not being in it at all like last year. Go Momo!

It’s because Team Momo was below them and won the event which moved them up more than Team Plasma
There is no way that the bottom 4 teams are top 4 in this event and then the 3 teams without a medal win.
Also, side note, no matter what placement the Thunderbolts got, they would still be the last behind Team Plasma, even if they got the gold.

100% I think the lack of medals has put them in a bit of a rough headspace and that has shown in their performance, and to be fair that stress probably was what caused the slip up on that final push. But we got a medal and now it's just about building that momentum!

As a Rojo Rollers fan, this was a very disappointing run but I'm very happy that the Thunderbolts got their first medal.
Team Momo back in form. A ridiculous recovery from a poor handoff into one of the best sprints I’ve seen after an amazing leg 1!
I just analyzed their last run in .25 speed, and it looked like Mo takes a bad bounce leaning sideways into a wall, and they took a few hits off walls before hitting Momo where the accuracy was amazing. Momo takes a high bounce and stays clean against a wall before a slight pinch got them out of control but only briefly as they got back on the racing line to narrowly win.
Noooo raspberry Racers could have gotten much further!!! Very unfortunate bump against Momo just at the last Handoff.. But still good showing - we can still easily take this in the last 7 Events!
Oh wow, the top teams have been doing so badly that even with victories, all three are still below the top 10. And that last one is just, it feels so bad man.
I’ve got to think that Mimo’s and especially Momo’s Marbula One training helped immensely here!
Rumor has it that bad management and Momomomomo being under pressure to quell Momo Fever led to their slump.

@@JamesDavy2009 I don't think so. In the team events, Yellow Eye has been the least consistent performer on the team. Team Pursuit (E1), they really had it together; Steeplechase (E2), they dislodged the most number of sticks and only barely finished; 5m Hurdles (E3), they had a great effort and ran out of gas for the finals; Block Pushing (E4) was a catastrophic team effort; Did not compete in E5; Tug-of-War (E6) , they stuck to the plan at least; Did not Compete in E7; Balancing (E8) performed the worst of the team; Did not compete in E9; And now in 5m Relay (E10), had the WORST segment of any racer. Even as far back as the Team Champions of Marbula One Season 2 of 2021, Yellow Eye having 2 Golds and a Bronze, a 7th, a 10th, and a 13th. They have just been SO inconsistent.

Been a fan for a while, but I'm just now hitting the point where I'm figuring out mid-event the maximum number of points other teams can get for the Bumblebees to hold onto the top spot.
