Panarama ridge area is nice- Surrey Central is very noisy and not much to do . And mostly people from India live there and majority of them are not into making friends with Canadians they prefer to stick with their mother land people. So it can be a lonley place to live
David Eby has made that an everywhere problem. Now they hangout at a kids park and in the skytrain beside the Canucks stadium. Don't stigmatize ! That'll make it better....😅

The best thing about Cloverdale is that it’s not too far from White Rock lol (lived in White Rock for 25 years)

There is a concentration in that area compared to the rest of the city
