I suppose regulations are different in Spain, but having a socket right above the sink (at 6.15) is absolutely not allowed in Belgium because of electrocution hazard! Water and electricity are not a good match. I hope it is a regulation issue because if it's not, it would mean this house is not in accordance with the rules and accidents would not be covered by insurance. Insurance companies are always looking for reasons not to pay, this is a dream for them. It's the first time this caught my eye (after watching many videos of this great channel) in Camposol houses, but I'm gonna look out for this from now on. I'm interested in relocating there eventually, but if there would really be building violations (not saying there are) I'd have to scratch this location from my list. When I retire in Spain, I'm not keen on having to deal with avoidable problems.
I am from Portugal and I actually have one but different from the one in the video It is about 45 cm high and at the end of the sink, is not permitted to be like that in here too. For me that one looks dangerous and in a bad place. Even if the switch is outside, we don't have plugs in the bathrooms so it's taken quite seriously. Having the cables like that doesn't look safe or aesthetically pleasing.
@marrlena947 I think they are lovely views but it may depend on your perspective ,when you come from a very build up area there stunning if you live in the fiords or Welsh valleys may be not x
@@CostaCalidaVillas I live in the Andalucían mountains. The views here are spectacular without any houses in the way. Also the mountains are high thus projecting majestic presence. My whole town enjoys these vistas. It's not uncommon in Andalucía.
