I don't understand why most of the houses in Spain has such small bedrooms and the another thing in this type of houses to access the upper terrace you have to go through the bedroom so if you got people visiting you cannot go to the terrace without breaking someone's privacy.

this must be one of the nicest properties on Camposol. Just STUNNING!! I'm actually sad I can't retire yet, still 4 more years!!!! If I could, this house was SOLD today, and I'd be moving in tomorrow.

The house is great✌️..but i notice in these homes in these community areas all the bedroom are small and like this home it actually looks like the bedrooms are exact same size right ? So there's no actual master bedroom. The other bedroom looks bigger than the master bedroom, maybe because it had a smaller bed but the bedrooms Look the same size in most of these houses lol ... Just saying 😀👋

Do all properties have Gas water heater and Gas hob, I guess if you replace Hob and water heater you would need to upgrade Electricity power, Any Communal swimming pool

Can that walls between the living room and kitchen and living room and hallway to the bathroom and other bedroom be opened up more to make it more of an open floor plan?

Why not just music under the film in stead of expanding that there is a table with two chaos where you can sit on and here is the pool area where you can slim if you want here is a shower witch you can use if you want to shower and here is the living area with airconditioning. We al can see that just put some nice music on and if you want to say something sau the price and plot meters but dont tell people here is the car area where you can park your car. Best regards Michael and keep on filming the nice properties but pleas just put music on.

I suppose regulations are different in Spain, but having a socket right above the sink (at 6.15) is absolutely not allowed in Belgium because of electrocution hazard! Water and electricity are not a good match. I hope it is a regulation issue because if it's not, it would mean this house is not in accordance with the rules and accidents would not be covered by insurance. Insurance companies are always looking for reasons not to pay, this is a dream for them. It's the first time this caught my eye (after watching many videos of this great channel) in Camposol houses, but I'm gonna look out for this from now on. I'm interested in relocating there eventually, but if there would really be building violations (not saying there are) I'd have to scratch this location from my list. When I retire in Spain, I'm not keen on having to deal with avoidable problems.
