    It’s mostly toasted sesame seed tbh. Really nutty flavor with a kind of overwhelming sweetness then oceany seaweed.

    I just got the salmon one , Katsuo one and the Seto Fumi one at my local oriental market today .

      Awesome! Once you try it the urge to put it on everything is actually really hard to suppress. Put it on rice, on eggs, on glazed chicken, etc etc.

    this is from china. I got teh same bottle and it says product of china from a respected asian supermarket. I was a bit shocked. I also have mishima which does say product of japan

    I ordered this off Amazon a while ago, it’s so sweet it kinda turned me off. Adding a little salt helps balance it

    The warning says, consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including lead and lead compounds.... is this true?

      Hi, virtually all items manufactured or packed in California all need to put that label on.

      Almost all seaweed contains some amount of lead, not dangerous if eaten not in large quantities (you would have to eat a couple pounds to get any sort of lead poisoning) the label is required because California prohibits lead or whatever they do
