From one awkward weirdo to another, I'm genuinely happy for Aqua that she was able to find such a good circle of friends who accept her. I generally don't like judging character based off of what an audience is shown in front of a camera, but it's hard to not see Hololive members as really great people overall. It's the reason I've stuck around so long in this community, really. I wish the best for all of them, and for everyone here in this community as well !

Yeah quite relate. I see alot of girl competing instead of welcoming each other. Like competing fashion, boyfriend, phone, etc. In short, Hololive girl is truly SSR. (I don't know, but I feel Aqua have tendency to be bullied in school. Now she in good place, good for her)

I guess she meant how girls tend to talk badly about each other behind their backs, like how middle school girls do. Hence the tense atmosphere.

Both girls and boys can end up bullying each other in social settings to gain social status, but (in general - not trying to generalize) boys tend to do physical bullying while girls are more indirect, doing stuff like talking behind each others backs, stealing stuff, teasing in front of others, etc. Because these things are more mental/social-oriented than boys socking each other in the face, there definitely is sometimes a tense vibe, especially for someone like Aqua who seems sensitive to these things.
Look up "relational aggression"or "female intrasexual competition" on Wikipedia and follow the sources if you want to read more. I'm by no means an expert.
