Brother , im also a screen printer worker but damn we are setting up screens like manually and it takes soooooooo long I never saw that technique or what you are using exactly Men 5 or 7 screens that fast ? It will take us half a day to accomplish haha
That pin system will get you close, but not exact. Still takes skill for setup and alignment. I hate when people act like it does everything for you. It does the most menial task.
These printers look like they have a huge footprint and really bulky. I will say if it takes someone hours to setup a 7 color print then they are not a screen printer. I can normally set up a 6-7 color job in about 10-15 minutes. That is with no alignment system. I am old school. I set up by marks, eye and a rubber mallet. I have an M&R Gauntlet RS.

Yes I agree. You still need to fiddle with it. Especially if you don’t have a CTS.
