My Mandarin is very very weak, but I love the fact that the word for hops is "beer flower" 😁 easy to remember! Writing down these places for when I visit my parents in a couple of weeks! As for Taiwanese beer, THB and Taihu make some really interesting, outside-the-box recipes!
