    Jimmy might most likely he the best golf channel on YT. I know he is my favorite. Today proved it. Terrible conditions today, but I had a 75% mentality, ball further back in my stance, took 3 easy practice swings, counted down... 3,2,1... waive to tge camera and let it go. The contact and hitting in the center gives you PLENTY of distance. So many straingt shots today. Jimmy is the man

    Your method of instruction is very helpful. Eddie Merrins in his 2003 video said "we go to great lengths to complicate the golf swing". Then, he simplifies it. That pretty much says it for the major portion of golf instruction today. Your course management "thinking" is especially helpful. I think it was Sarazan when someone suggested he write a book on the golf swing. He responded, "a book? I can put it all on a 3"x5" recipe card !"

    I love watching your videos. This is exactly why I’m struggling. I get on the course and forget.

    When I really want to stay in the center, I picture your swing in my mind. Thank you.

    You're right, Jimmy. Consistency is key for a golf game to be successful, but being consistently good is the hardest part to repeat lol.

    My golf swing is truly consistent and repeatable, just not long enough distance to score lower than mid 90s.

    Hey Jimmy, another great video.
    I had a question about weight transfer. On your back swing, where is the weight on your feet, and on your downswing as the weight goes forward to your front foot (L) where is the weight placed on that feet? toes? heel? thanks.

    • @TropicanaEntertainment
      @TropicanaEntertainment  4 месяца назад +1

      My weight is normally on my front foot throughout the swing. Weight never goes to
      Back foot

      but WHICH part of your front foot? toe? heel? all? in? outer? does it change as you swing up and down or stay constant? thanks.@@TropicanaEntertainment

    Have you ‘erased’ it or just forget about it?
    It Was a staple of your swing sequence. 😊

    Another excellent, helpful video. Thank for very much. You always stress the importance of keeping your head down. I think it was Arnold who said that he never looked up and saw a good shot. My question; why is it so damned difficult? From tee shots to putts, where I often pick my head up and decelerate. Seems like it should be easy “Keep your head still”.

      If you want more distance, hit the ball in the center of the face of the club. Slow yourself down until you can do that

    Can you explain how to hit the ball first and then take a divot ? I have struggled with that my entire life. Also, your ball flight with your driver is very low. Is that how you always hit it ? I have followed all your videos and really enjoy them. Thanks !!

    I enjoy your videos and attitude. However, I do not understand why you seem to undercut so frequently when your swing seems very dependable. Why not hit the 9 vs the wedge for your first hole approach shot and avoid having to chip?
