I am bit disappointed that you did not indicate you were in the village of Las Lomas #2 saw my elementary school my home and all the familiar houses all in all it brought back great memories of a lovely time in my life...currently living in Canada.

Great video. Born in Las Lomas No#2 of POS parents and christened at San Rafael RC church, for me it was a trip down memory lane from the Caroni Bridge thru Kelly Village, St. Helena and Las Lomas (the hills) and San Rafael. Every turn in the road and rolling hill is indelibly etched in my memory. I spent many vacations in Las Lomas No#2 which I visited frequently to my godfather's 43 acres close to the Alberts with their rice mill on the main road. I even planted rice in the lagoon opposite to where Amars later assembled Toyotas.I even spent nights in the ajoupas and ate lots of tomato and baigan choka among villagers who were like family without the present day political divisiveness. I often rode my bicycle from Las Lomas No#1 thru Las Lomas No#3 where my godmother's husband, Mr. Ballack, managed a big George Huggins Estate. I was a town boy living in New Town and attending Fatima. I relished the abundant greenery and untouched nature with deer, agouti and numerous birds in and around cocoa trees. I wasn't afraid of snakes but respected them.Thank you for allowing me to revisit virtually.
My gosh that is beautiful I left Trinidad when I was 21 years old I didn't know much about our country I live in New York but it's so beautiful to see all the parts of mycountry that we never visit thanks a lot for the video bring it back to when I was a kid thanks a lot

Wow... That was a beautiful drive my friend...😍 The intro makes me to watch this video... You have created this video beautifully... The intro . The map... The time stamps.. all seems perfect... Wish you a good luck bro... Stay connected❤️☺️😍🔥
haven't been to that area of Trinidad for 30 years, almost everything have changed, although I enjoyed the video, would have loved to see some street signs or landmarks to help identify specific areas.
Tony, thanks for the input although I am confused because throughout the video I show our location on the map and also label the streets I turn on. Makes me wonder if you simply watched a clip rather than the whole video.
Sometimes I wish I could stay longer in some of those places but it would take an immense amount of time. Once I have covered all of Trinidad then I will start doing more specific places.
How did you like this road trip to Brazil in Trinidad? Have you ever been through some of these back roads?
Loved it. Thanks.
Thank you kindly.
They want people to believe the roads are very good but what about the potholes in south Trinidad and hardly 2 vehicles could pass.
Ramraji, some of those back roads are very bad, you cannot tell from the camera.
Trinidad looks like an amazing place to visit and drive
A lovely road trip
