I am Egyptian 21 years old and I hope to travel and study in Nederland ,I don't know exactly what I want to study but it's a dream for me to do this .I heard that the Schengen visa is hard from Egypt but if for studying it's very easy but I will graduate from Cairo university this year !!🤔so the question is , If I go to the Nederland by studying visa but I will not study there is there any problems?
Hi Ahmed, thanks for your message! Unfortunately that's not possible. Please check this website from the Dutch government for all info and rules regarding visa: ind.nl/en/Pages/default.aspx. Also, check this page on their website for info about the visa for studying at a university: ind.nl/en/study/Pages/study-at-university.aspx. Hope this is helpful and hopefully we can welcome you soon at our university of applied sciences! :)

Thank you so much! That's unfortunate. If you ever have any questions regarding application or tuition fees, you can send an e-mail to studentinfo@nhlstenden.com. We're happy to help.

Hi Long, many Dutch citizens are familiar with the English language, so for shopping: no. For working, sometimes the Dutch language is required but in certain (side)jobs English is sufficient and all you need. Thanks for asking!
