Awesome video. What are you using to communicate with each other?

This is the Sena 20S Evo with the GP10 Bluetooth backpack on the gopro. Works great.

Thanks for sharing ! Quick question though: since you are loosening your chest strap before removing the brakes, what if one of your toggles is stuck or a steering line breaks (happened to me) ? Do you tighten your strap back again before cutting away ?

Exactly right. Retightening the chest strap is a procedure I practice regularly, and always teach in my courses. Keep in mind, if you are getting low, it is far better to cut away with a loosened chest strap than to spend the rest of your life trying to tighten it. Thank you for bringing this topic up!

What made you decide on an ICON rig? I'm sure you probably have a couple rigs. I have a new ICON V on the way with a Pilot 189 9 cell LPV. I had a hard time deciding between Aerodyne and UPT but the wait times were shorter for the ICON. I also loved flying the Pilot and the Safire 3. In the end I just went with all Aerodyne. Love your info!

I have both a UPT Vector and and Icon. They are both great rigs.

@@Brian-Germain I own an Infinity and Racer.
People may diss my Racer, but I call it "old reliable"!

@@tuttt99 as long as it is maintained by a rigger with specialized training. It is easy to experience excessive pull force on the reserve ripcord. The regular rubber bands on the freebase should be replaced every repack, the the double-sided RSL should be modified to a single sided one or it is fatal in a two out. Other than that, it's fine.
