This home is a flip. Investor purchased for $729,000 recorded on 10/15/2021 and listed for sale immediately for $799,900. Condition as you see in the photos. Smell is worse than the photos. The entire house needs to be gutted. I did not dare to go into the garage. The house smelled like something died inside or lots of animal feces, not sure. Neighbor told me two weeks ago son moved out and left and house the way it was. I assume that’s when escrow closed. Very sad house to see. 😔
