I am new to the Thermador Steam Oven after having 2 Wolf Steam Ovens. Thus far, Wolf does a much better job on assisting the customers with a cookbook/a laminated sheet on how to cook a multitude of foods and terrific videos with very specific how to cooking instructions. I am hoping Thermador steps up its' game.

She's so great. Very encouraging. Look forward to trying the steam / convection oven! Keeping a little notebook is a great idea....

Thank you so much for all the information! I know most of it is in the manuals that came with our range but I am more of a visual learner.

I Am baffled - I spent thousands of $$ on this oven and you don't include these basic tips or recipes - we are scrambling everywhere after almost 2 years to find how to cook things - book is useless - you blow by "vegetables " in this video with "of course vegetables are easy to cook in the steam oven" HOW!!!!>???????? I mean c'mon gotta help the consumer more than THAT - we are lost here with this $4000 anchor (At this point) (maybe a warmer) insane - talk about ignoring the customer -

I agree with Dan Barzel below. Why the heck aren't there more recipes for this pricey combi-steam oven??? Should be a FREE recipe book included with the oven! Thermador is not helping the customer here... It isn't intuitive. I wouldn't recommend this oven just because there's little to no help learning how to use it.
