Toni was the only player (probably in the world) who could end the game with 3 or 5 scored points and be pronounced the player of the game. He made all his team mates far better than they really was. I had a privilege to watch him playing several times during his europe years. And it was amazing pleasure to watch. Pure poetry in the motion.Very smooth and elegant and very lethal force in the same time. One of the best deal Bulls ever made.
Mike, Pippen, Kukoc, Ron Harper, Dennis Rodman with Steve Kerr spotting up off the bench. With some very solid role players. Stacy King, John Sally, Jud Buschler, Randy Brown, Scott Williams to all interchange. That starting 5 can play any style any era.
That diving play by scottie pippen knocking the ball to Kucoc was in the final seconds of the NBA finals, sealed the game (and i think the series) vs the Utah Jazz! I was screaming(joyfully) at the TV!!! :D :D :D I think the score was tied... but, it was a while ago, so don't quote me :)
MJ liked Toni absolutely. Not from the begining but day by day he liked him and trusted him more and more. Don't forget that he was at the stage during Toni's Hall of fame ceremony. And jut few days before that he travelled to Split, Toni' hometown, to see where Toni was born and grew up.- He was very trusted team mate and actualy one of the Bulls BIG THREE. Remember that ??? Toni was amazing and very unique player.
Toni was better than EarvinMagic.. his only problem was that he was from Split, Dalmatia & d mentality of local ppl is just critical. anyway, HE is croatian g.o.a.t, not Drazen. Petrovi¢ was too rigid & saucy but he was very assertive & diligent
When Jordan was retired, Kukoc was the guy that Phil called on to take all the last second shots.

Popcorn ready,Tony kucoc Is criminally underrated he could do a little bit of everything.
He would be at home in this era
I can't tell you how amazing it was to be living in the Chicagoland area and a Bulls fan back then.
toni used to say - if you score, that makes you happy, if you assist, that makes two people happy
My nickname when I hooped was Kukoc. My fave player

Where's the play vs Boston when he stole it, saved it behind his back to Caffey?
Toni was good and an important part of the Bulls 2nd 3 peat. Crazy that MJ didn't like him because Jerry Krause drafted and spoke highly of him.
Eh, I don't think he has anything against Toni at all. It's just Jerry Krause. Scottie didn't quite like Krause either.
