      I would probably go for Glasgow because it's more central and you can spread your job search to neighbouring towns as well. Even as far as Edinburgh if need be for professional jobs though.

      There are more opportunities in Glasgow since it’s the economic capital of Scotland and amongst the 5 biggest cities in the Uk.
      I live in Glasgow and the good thing is the affordable cost of living cos that would matter considering you require time to get a job to start paying bills.

    Buying a stock is easy, but buying the right stock without a time-tested strategy is incredibly hard. Hence what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist? I’ve been trying to grow my portfolio of $160K for sometime now, my major challenge is not knowing the best entry and exit strategies ... I would greatly appreciate any suggestions

      I agree, I thought I was doing alright profit wise, until I needed assistance with diversification, I reached out to a financial advisor and in less than a year I was just $51,000 shy away from $850k which is like 7x more than I make on my own..

      thank you for saving me hours of back and forth investigation into the markets. I simply copied and pasted jenny’s full name into my browser, and her website came up first in search results. She looks flawless.

    thanks for this information. look at me here beating myself up for the backsplash turning brown from flames. i thought it was my fault all along. Let me go and complain to my agent

    • @menvicstudio
      @menvicstudio  Год назад +1

      Yesooo you need to complain so that they will not pin it on you. Ask them what they suggest to solve the issue. If they gave the right distance, the flame should not touch the back splash. Of all the houses we have lived in, that our last rental was the only one with that problem.

    today I received an email that says :"As your landlord or letting agent recently requested, we've now completed the transfer of your deposit and any accrued interest for the tenancy above to TDS". Help! any advice? I still in a property,how can anyone claim my money...and without any "open claim", agency/landlord takes deposit for a tenancy that still active?...reported long time agoi to DPS and nothing been done by them since start of the year when I have noticed that on account says "agency/landlord reported you moved out"...how is that legal...

    • @menvicstudio
      @menvicstudio  Год назад +1

      The TDS is a deposit protection scheme. From my understanding, it seems he moved your deposit from one scheme to another which should not be a problem. Why not speak to the landlord?

    • @7fink7
      @7fink7 Год назад

      @@menvicstudio it is an agency...sent them request of what is going on...if them moved it ,then why no notifications yet...smells like someone want legal issues..

    whom should we complaint? Council or Police or approach through a solicitor? Please advice.

    • @menvicstudio
      @menvicstudio  Год назад

      If you live in Scotland, you can follow exactly the same process as we did in the video because all deposits are by law placed in a deposit protection scheme. Your landlord should tell you which deposit protection scheme they placed your deposit in and if they refuse to refund it at the end of your tenancy, you should take it up with the deposit protection scheme. If you live in other parts of the UK, a different system may apply in which case, you may be able to find the right place to complain if you use google.

    Hello,
    Please I need your advice. When I was filing the visa form it was only my wife I input as a dependant. Now, my wife wants to come with our kids. What can I do I did not input my children's names when I was filling out my visa form

    • @menvicstudio
      @menvicstudio  Год назад +1

      From my understanding, you can file for your children separately as your dependants. If your visa comes before theirs, you can just wait for theirs and then travel together as a family.

    How to get it back if landlord didn’t made rental agreement and now not paying deposit money back ?

    • @menvicstudio
      @menvicstudio  Год назад

      Your landlord should have put your deposit in a deposit scheme and if they did, you should contact the deposit scheme provider to complain. If the landlord did not put your deposit in a deposit scheme, they broke the law unless they were a live in landlord and you should report them. Click on the link below to see how you can report the landlord www.mygov.scot/tenancy-deposits-tenants

  • @kronosbystander
    @kronosbystander Год назад

    There is only one way to get your deposit back and that is to withhold the last months payment when you give notice
    Write the landlord a letter of your notice and withholding of one months rent, they won't like it and will send letters explaining that you must pay the rent and then they will pay you back at some later date but from my experience it is just a lie, you will never see the money again.
    In this world you have to take what is rightfully yours, nobody is going to give it to you.

    • @menvicstudio
      @menvicstudio  Год назад

      Thanks for the suggestion. I have heard that works as well provided the deposit is not more than the last month's rent.
