I was able to get airband to work by enabling AM in the H3 settings and then using Chirp and Odmaster. This was also after changing the radio from Ham to unlocked but the option to enable airband was in the settings.

I was able to save the a.m. by moving down to channel 52 for some reason it won’t let you save a.m. bands in the first 50 channels with chirp.

Hi, I have an issue, I scan some frequencies that I use at work, I can ear them clearly, but they can't ear me, Any idea why?

Hi, I imagine that they are using either DCS or CTCSS tones. You can use menus 28 and 29 to scan for the correct tone/code 😉
