She looks amazing and gorgeous and I adore her. Very healthy and also beautiful for her age. But I really hope that I won't look that old when I'm 55... The title is not well chosen.
She's gorgeous but I'm sure she's lived a stress free life. At least a financially stress free life which most of us do not have. Stress is a killer. Then there's the ability to detach from family worries which most people worry over our own issues and our children's. She may not. And last of all genes, she obviously has great genes. We are not all created equally.

I absolutely love her! She really makes me feel ugly.
I think her most important tips that we can ALL use are to stay out of the sun, and moisturize/hydrate. I might add, don’t smoke.

It’s all in the genes. She’s kept her figure and eats well. Moves and exercises. However I believe to look the way she does it takes a bit more. I’m 82, lift weights, eat well and moisturize. However no one would ever think that I am 45!

Sorry Carmen you look mid 80s, not 55. But that’s okay, looking younger means nothing. Being healthy is what matters. Fractional nutrition is not healthy by the way. Being a little hungry all of the time is not how the body works best. The reason most people do not have sun protection is not enough *red meat in the diet. And lastly, silvering the hair is not natural as you say. *Note: red meat diets not only protect us from sun without having to use sun screen but also when done correctly, the diet stops hunger because we get the nutrients we need. For anyone interested, there’s a lot of info available- sort through it and pick what works best for you.
