I just wanna share is my mom will always cook food for me but I do cook too. Since I helped my mom to live a healthy life, she's really young and competitive so she always want to cook foods for us as kids. I don't have to complain anyway because I'm happy to see my mom getting all the energy so I don't have to cook that frequently and focus on wealth and like you said "relationships". My mom advised that it's better to be in a relationship when you have the money to afford love. Better to stay single if you're broke so it wouldn't be too hard for you.

It is very difficult when you see your dreams and all your plans for a better future exist but you cannot reach it. I am from Iraq and life here is like Africa. The most important and difficult thing you get after long hours of hard work is food and water for the majority of people, and what is more difficult than that for people who want to reach their dreams is Leaving the country and immigration. My field is a web developer and also a stock market investor, but my country prevents me from doing anything. It's really difficult and sad at the same time. 😢💔 I wish that I'm in U.S.A ...

Do some art work, volunteer at a Senior facility or a shelter. Do something constructive that helps other people and makes the world better. Make memories with your loved ones and go on adventures with them. Learn to cook foods from your home country. So many things I can think of that I would do if I didn’t have to spend my time chasing dollars. 😊

I would like to see behind the scenes of your real estate business. Retiring would be boring at your age, just continue to build because you're young and you may have a very long life which means you should keep building for the long term years. Money goes fast these days cost of living will go up as you age and who knows what will happen with the economy or any major disasters, so keep going because as you age and may have a family that's more expenses so as you get older things get more and more. Warren Buffet says compound interest is the way to go to long term wealth and he's right. Today you can make money in your sleep with digital products, affiliate marketing, sponsorships and social media platforms, ecommerce and more and these ways will help you invest more and more to secure your future. Keep going and see where life takes you.
What impressed me the most is the 3 rental properties you bought. It's shocking the potential of making money online. At your age I would consider living in a bigger city like Toronto: you can meet lots of interesting people for both private life and business.
I will totally retire as soon as I'm comfortable to do so and become a philanthropist, workout like Arnold and enjoy traveling and meeting people. It's impossible to get bored in life. But if business keeps you inspired, then it becomes your retirement plan.
