Mother clings to car door as thief drives off with toddler inside in Broward

A mother clung to the front passenger door of her car as a man made a getaway in it with her three-year-old daughter inside.
According to the Broward Sheriff's Office (BSO), on Wednesday a mother and her three-year-old daughter were involved in a car crash with another vehicle on West Commercial Boulevard. As the mother got out of her car to exchange information with the other driver, an unknown man jumped in her car and started to drive away with her child inside.
That's when the mother clutched the vehicle and held on as the car dragged her until she fell on the ground, BSO says.
