    Small country? Paraguay is same population as Singapore, 728 sq. Km. Hot? try humidity in SE Asia. Here in Toronto, we get many days in summer that are 40 with intense humidity.

    You spoke at length about the weather, but you didn't identify which months are the hottest, and which months have the most moderate weather. Could you do that?

      Los meses más calurosos son diciembre y enero, pero casi todos los meses hace calor. El invierno va desde 21 de junio hasta el 21 de septiembre pero mi país es tan caluroso que este año, en pleno invierno, tuvimos una temperatura de 41°C😢

    What about the requirements for renting a place as a foreigner. I have lived in Argentina before and for a long term rental they ask a bunch of things like a Garantia propietaria, proof of local income, etc. Is it hard to rent a place in Paraguay as a foreigner? that would be an interesting topic.

      In my experience you just need money to pay the rent. So far nobody aked me about anything else. :-)

    The immigration officer made me put my Airbnb address when I arrived in Asuncion I paid too much for my apartment 1000 dollars for 31 days next time maybe three days the rest will look localy

    ould it be possible, once i Get Temp residency, to open multiple bank accounts in the same bank AND transfer life savings from Canada and live off the high interest until I get established with a career online or in person? I've already asked multiple people and trying to confirm.

      Many foreigners work online, so the local job market is not a concern to most.

    Yes Paraguay is suffocatingly hot in summer and landlocked, wonderful locals though but just too dangerous during my time there, fond memories however
