    Great tips! I chose dumbbell reverse grip incline press for upper pecs at 20-30 degrees. Studies say 30% more muscle recruitment. I can certainly tell a difference.

    For cable side raises I find it better to just grab the cable by the ball (!) without any attachment. Keep your thumb up so the cable comes out at your pinky.

    Overhead press is too good to not include at the beginning of this video when discussing medial delts.
    Also deadlifts are one of the best lifts for traps, lats, neck, forearm, gluten, and hams.
