Unless you're over 40 & 50, you cannot understand how much your body changes. While this video appears to be for any age, the techniques in this video are very useful for an old man like me with a lot of chronic injuries.

Being jacked means your muscles are massive and you look like you’re on steroids (even though you might not be 😂) ie the term Jacked up on something.

I just turned 55. And started lifting in January! Go for walks up to 4 to 5 miles. But I’m still struggling with that
