Tomato 100 grm
Coriander 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
Garam Masala 1 tbsp
Red Chilli powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1. 1/2 tbsp
Water 1.250 ml
Cashew 10 grm
Lemon 2 juice
Rice 1 kg
Ghee 2 tbsp

Hello Jabbar Bhai....from Bangalore...Sorry to say this Bhai... This is not at all traditional Donne biryani...please don't misguide your audience by wrong recipes because you have a very gud fan following... In traditional Donne biryani tomato should not be added and spices should be roasted in lil oil and grounded with ginger garlic,coriander and pudina leaves and the chicken should be marinated before using...
@joyce sir very True, this is a misguiding recipe. Not sure how person who is cooking it claims as an expert. Jabbar Bhai should validate on such recipes and people, it should not affect his image and respect people have on him.

What she did is not donne biriyani. She added lemon and more ghee. She should add half lemon and reduce half of the ghee quantity.

This is not the right method ,I know the perfect recipe bhai:👇
First prepare the masala by grinding the below ingredients:
Onion ,tomato ,green chill,pudina,ginger,garlic, coriander leaves
Now for cooking :
Pour oil (not too much )and put all the biriyani spices,then add chicken directly into that oil (make sure you are on low-mid flame) ,then add salt required for the whole dish (add turmeric very important),just keep stirring the pieces so that they won't stick onto the bottom ,then add the grinded masala ,keep cooking until the raw smell goes ,then add little bit chilli powder ,then pour water required for rice ,let it cook for 5-6 minutes ,then add soaked rice to it,let it cook for few minutes ,put coriander powder when it is in watery consistancy and add lemon juice ,then stir it well so the lemon and coriander powder mixes well ,then cook without lid till the water drains off ,then level and add little ghee then put on dum , cook on low flame ,then Donne biriyani is ready
Note:I have tried all kinds of Donne biriyani but the smell for that biriyani comes from that dried plantain cups in which they serve ,and only the fresh ingredients will give good taste , and never use basmati rice for this ,seeraga samba is best !

In Karnataka its properly called as donne biriyani but it's real name is "jonne" biriyaani ( jonne means a type of cup which is made from dried banana leaf )
