Hi, are both rotating parts with the same diameter? Can I use the VX11 diode and CDC board on the xiaomi LDS module? Thank you.

I am not familiar with the CDC board, I have detailed pictures at wiki.recessim.com/view/Xiaomi_Roborock_LIDAR and can measure any item if you want to leave a comment there or email hash at recessim dot com.

Sorry I meant CCD board. Just the one mounted with the plastic part with diode.

@@wuhao4641 I think I understand what you're getting at. Can you use the Neato XV-11 CCD board on the Xiaomi module. I would have to say no as there are a bunch of small design differences even though they look very similar. Why did you want to use the XV-11 board on the Xiaomi LIDAR? Are other parts of a XV-11 module you have broken?

@@RECESSIM Yes...well my xiaomi module was broken. But only replacing diode seems very hard due to the calibration problem. I have a spare XV-15 module so I was wonding if I can use the whole black part (diode, CCD board and lens with plastic holder) to replace the broken one.

Wu Hao got it, the mounting is definitely different but you can buy replacement Xiaomi modules on taobao for a good price.
