NTSB investigating Bel Air home explosion

Officials said two people were killed in a Bel Air house explosion. An investigation is underway. The neighborhood has been blocked off to outsiders. However, SkyTeam 11 captured the continuing cleanup and damage assessment. Local, state and federal authorities are at the scene in Bel Air after Sunday's home explosion that took out one home and resulted in the death of the 73-year-old owner, as well as a Baltimore Gas and Electric contractor.
